Washington Section 18 Emergency Exemptions

All electronic copies of the Section 18 Emergency Exemption labels provided here have been approved by WSDA but are made available here for information only.

In March of 2000 WSDA commenced the Section 18 Pesticide Compliance Project. This project ran for 18 months during which time WSDA observed Section 18 applications and reviewed application records to determine if Section 18 labels and applicable state laws and rules are being followed in areas that provide habitat for threatened and endangered salmonid species.
